By accessing or using Ambitious ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ambitious provides a research-backed behavioral assessment and diagnostic report. The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information during the assessment, use the Service for lawful purposes only, and not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the diagnostic methodology.

4. Payment and Refunds

Fees are charged at the time of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your diagnostic, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. The Full Protocol tier follows separate cancellation terms outlined at enrollment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ambitious is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy of behavioral predictions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
