When you use Ambitious, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and assessment responses (including video recordings and written answers). We also collect standard usage data such as browser type, device information, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your assessment data is used exclusively to generate your personalized diagnostic report. Video recordings are processed for behavioral signal extraction and are not stored after analysis is complete. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Assessment data is stored on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

4. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
